Having this belief in mind I have learned to help my client’s focus on how they want their lives to be different in the future, rather than on what went wrong in the past. I focus on empowering clients to find their own solutions to life’s difficulties. My clinical interventions are guided by Solution-Focused brief therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral, and Reality therapy. My areas of specialty are addiction, mood and anxiety disorders, life transitions, and couples therapy. My interventions are guided by compassion, integrity, persistence, and respect.
